ATM Vana Inspection and Test

From the beginning of your products or projects, we provide 3rd party inspections at all steps, including material procurement, purchasing processes, production processes, process controls, final inspection and controls. We audit all project processes with our expert staff and report them periodically, according to the Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) prepared according to customer specifications and relevant product or production standards.

ATM Vana is a Type A inspection body according to TS EN ISO/IEC 17020.

We carry out the controls and audits of your management systems and processes such as Quality, Environment and OHS, along with the tests, controls and inspections of your production factories, facilities, teams and equipment and products.

Controls are divided into three parts.

1st party inspections; These are the audits carried out by the organizations themselves.

2nd party inspections; It is the audits that the organizations have their suppliers, from which they purchase products or services.

3rd party audits are audits performed by independent organizations.

1. Production Controls

a. Pre-Production Inspection and material input quality controls

Pre-production inspections form one of the cornerstones of risk assessment and quality assurance management. Pre-production inspection is the most effective way to verify that your supplier can begin production, meet your specifications or adhere to your quality requirements.

The products you supply from your suppliers, natural gas and oil pipeline equipment (valves, pipes, fittings, etc. as) before starting production, we control the main raw materials and semi-finished products with the inspections we have done. By performing tests and controls according to sampling or ITP approved as 100% we give approval for the production of products. In this way, we determine the risks you may encounter in your projects in advance and ensure that precautions are taken.

During this inspection ATM Vana expert auditor according to the checklist and the approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP);

  • Verifies availability and condition of materials / raw materials / semi-finished products,

  • Reviewing the production preparation and planning of the manufacturer,

  • Controls the manufacturers machinery and equipment park,

  • Performs the necessary destructive or non-destructive tests on the products according to ITP,

  • Makes dimensional and visual controls,

  • Supervises the suppliers/manufacturers in-house quality control,

Our pre-production inspections can be made at your supplier and/or company just before production starts or before final assembly begins. A PPI allows you to earn:

  • Ability to detect potential problems that may affect project timing or product quality.

b. Controls and Inspections During Production,

    (DPI or DUPRO - During Production)

During production checks and inspection (DPI), or DUPRO, is a process that is performed while production is in progress.quality control inspectionis These quality control inspections are made when the production of the products continues and between 10% and 60% of the production is completed. During this review, we identify production deviations and provide feedback on corrective actions. We recheck for errors during our pre-shipment inspections to verify that these corrective actions have been corrected.

c. Initial Production / Product Controls, Initially, control)

d. Factory Acceptance Tests and Inspections (FAT)

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), verifying that the equipment/product is manufactured and functioning in accordance with its design specifications during and/or after the assembly process. It is an evaluation process. As the name suggests, these tests are done at the manufacturers factory.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) is generally performed to evaluate any problems, inconsistencies and nonconformities and develop a process for how to address them. Deviations or nonconformities observed during testing are documented in an inspection report and corrected prior to shipment.

e. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI - Pre-Shipment Inspection)
